Sounds a little bit like a fantasy of mine but hey, these researchers discovered it could help in weight loss! According to their theory, having dessert in the morning is not so bad for you as your metabolism is at its highest and you will have the rest of the day to burn off the calories.
The participants who had cake and other sweets for breakfast lost 40 pounds more than those who didn't!
