What it takes to be a size 0

An oldie but goodie...

British television reporter Dawn Porter decides to participate in a televised show documenting how she goes from a size 12 to a size 0 over period of several months. Over the course of her dieting she comes to realize that really only two things are necessary in order to lose weight quickly.


It came down to two major lifestyle changes; not eat and exercise daily using a boot camp style workout.

Keeping her calories to a maximum of 500 per day, (in fact, one week she never goes over 400,) Porter discovers that being thin doesn't make her happy, and that it is virtually impossible to keep at that weight without doing serious damage to her body.
